A. It's derived from the word "practical," because each Practk® product is the solution to an everyday beauty challenge.

A. We wanted our name to be as unique as our products.
Q. Is there a warranty on Practk® products?
A. Yes! There's a free 2-year warranty on the Palmat®, and a free 1-year warranty on Practk™ brushes. Each original order can be replaced once. Click here for more information.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. Power Blenders can be returned within 14 days of order date and all other items can be returned within 59 days of the original order date. Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Click here for more information.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, they're specific to the weight, destination and shipping method of each unique order.

Q. How can I track my package?
A. USPS.com or FedEx.com. Tracking is not available for USPS First Class International.
Q. Does Practk® ship to my country?
A. We ship worldwide - almost everywhere! Find your country in the dropdown menu at checkout.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
A. No, we process and ship so fast that there isn't time! If you don't fall in love with your order when you receive it, see our return policy.
Q. What types of payments are accepted?
A. Practk® accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as PayPal. If you do not have a credit card or debit card, you can sign up for a free PayPal account here.
Q. What currency is the Practk® website?
A. US dollars. The exchange rate is dependent upon the method of payment you select. For payments processed through credit card, there may be a conversion fee. For more information regarding exchange rates and conversion fees, we recommend contacting your credit card company or bank, directly.
Q. Where are Practk® products made?
A. All Practk® products are designed, tested and checked for quality in the United States. The necessary components used to manufacture Practk® products come from a variety of specialized sources and are made in China. All Practk® products are made with the highest-quality ingredients and components, and are hand-checked for quality at our headquarters in Minnesota, USA.
Q. What material is the Palmat® made of?
A. High-grade, non-porous silicone.
Q. Does the Palmat® work for both eye and face brushes?
A. Of course! Your favorite brushes of all shapes, sizes and densities can be deep cleaned with the patented textures on the Palmat®.
