Our warranty covers manufacture defects that happen within 2 years of the order date on authentic Practk® Palmat®, and within 1 year of the order date on our authentic Practk brushes. This warranty applies regardless of the number of times the product was or wasn’t used. We limit to 1 replacement per item, per order.

What does it not cover?

  • Product that is lost or stolen
  • Makeup or debris build-up
  • Abused product

How do I get a replacement?

We make this process super simple! Just send us an email to cs@practk.com and include the following:

  • A photo of the defective Palmat® (This is really helpful!)
  • Your order number or the email address + first and last name used to place the order

Once you’ve sent the email, a member of our Practk® team will reply within 1 business day to let you know the status of your claim. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM - 4PM CST.

If your warranty is accepted, we will ship your replacement. No need to worry about paying any shipping and handling fees - we take care of that part!

*Keep in mind, we might ask for the product to be returned to our office for a quality control check before sending your replacement. Therefore, please be sure you do not discard the item before reaching out to us!
